Problem:

How do I change my contact information (email, address, phone)?



Solution:

You can email billing@olm.net or create a submit a ticket with new contact information. Please be sure to include the domain name, original password and/or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file (if applicable) for verification. If changing credit card info, a signed authorization from is required.
