Server restore
Problem:
Can you restore my VPS to its original state?
Solution:
Yes, it is possible to restore your server to its original state. Your disk space will be reformatted and the Administrators will reinstall the operating system and control panel software. Please be aware that you will lose all data that has been uploaded to your VPS and any customizations that you may have done, either through our Managed Services Department or by yourself, will need to be implemented again. A $50 one-time Administrative fee will apply if you choose to have your server reformatted.
