What support is included with a VPS?

Solution:

Our VPS packages come with support for the server hardware, and network connectivity. OLM will not be able to troubleshoot any third-party application that may be effecting its performance. We do however offer Managed Services which is billable at an hourly rate. More information can be obtained through Sales@olm.net
