How do I report SPAM or Abuse?


Problem:

I need to report email, or other types of network abuse.


Solution:

You can contact our Abuse Department at 800-741-6813 or abuse@axxs.net. When reporting email spam issues it is best to forward any emails you have received, being sure to include full headers, to abuse@axxs.net. This will help our Technicians troubleshoot the issue.
