Why are there charges to update or install software?Solution:
When you purchase a package from us it is loaded with the all the latest versions of the software that our vendor bundles in their control panel package, although that may not be the latest version that is available on the Internet. Our vendors release updates to us as they are tested with their environments and are free of bugs and errors. As we receive the updates, we apply them, free of charge, to our servers. However, if there is an update or application that you want to have installed prior to the vendors' released update, it has to be done manually and does require time to complete.
