Restore original configuration
Problem:
I need to have my server restored to its original configuration.
Solution:
It is possible to restore your server to its original state. The hard drive will be reformatted and the Administrators will reinstall the operating system and control panel software. Please be aware that you will lose all data on the hard drive and any customizations that you may have done, either through our Managed Services Department or by yourself, will need to be implemented again. A $25 one-time Administrative fee will apply if you choose to have your server reformatted.
