We will apply all security updates and patches for your VPS control panel software as they are provided to us by the Ensim engineers. There is no fee for these updates and they will be performed during our normal work window to avoid any interruption for you and your clients.It is strongly suggested that you apply any security updates for scripts and applications that you or your clients use as often as necessary. There may be occasions where updates or patches are available through the Internet before Ensim has released them (fully tested) to OLM. You do have root access to your VPS environment and can implement any necessary upgrades or patches on your own if you wish.
