OLM.net provides a thirty (30) day "no nonsense" money back guarantee for all direct shared hosting and ecommerce hosting accounts. If, for any reason, you request cancellation before your first bill date, OLM.net will refund to you the first month's service cost, plus applicable set-up fees. Please note that the set-up fees for dedicated servers, private servers, partner servers and fees for resold domains are non-refundable. Also, fees for domain registration and NetMechanic 100 Search Engine Tools are non-refundable.
