Can I upgrade from a shared hosting plan to a virtual or dedicated server?Solution:
To upgrade from a shared hosting plan to a virtual (VPS, E-Partner) or dedicated server, you will just need to place a new order for the virtual or dedicated server through our website or through a Sales Representative. Once the new server is setup, you will need to setup your domain on the server and reupload files to the new server. Once your site is live on the new server, you will need to contact us to cancel the shared hosting account. Setup fees are applied to your new virtual or dedicated server order at the time when you place the order.For more information on this procedure, please contact our Sales Department.
