How can I change my domain name?Solution:
You can request to change the domain name on your shared hosting plan as many times as you want. However, there is a one time processing fee every time make a request. Before you request a domain name change, make sure your new domain name is registered and its DNS is pointing to the same Nameservers as your existing domain.You can request a domain name change by (1) Filling out an online form through your Members Area/Section (this link was provided to you along with your login information that was emailed to you); or by (2) Sending an email to our Sales Department with your current domain name and password as verification and authorizing the one-time processing fee of $5.00.
