How can I request a DNS record to be added or changed?



Solution:

On shared hosting accounts, you do not have access to the DNS. So, you will need to request a DNS record to be added/changed through your Members Area/Section or by sending an email to our Sales Department along with verification (domain name and password). Please note that there is a one time processing fee for this request.

Host VDS and S-Plans allow you to make a few DNS record to be added through the web-based control panel. There is no processing fee charged if you complete this through your control panel.
