Your Anonymous Support Desk information will be emailed to you when you account is setup. You will be provided with a customized URL that you can give to your clients to log in to your Support Desk account. They can log in and ask questions that will be answered by our Technical Support staff on your behalf. You can log in and monitor the Support Desk tickets through your Support Desk.
